  In accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615), and as a licensed Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP), Prepdy is required to conduct periodic due diligence on each client.

  • Verifying identity and address documents of directors, shareholders and ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs)
  • Conducting background checks on individuals or companies
  • Risk assessment and record keeping
  • Screening against sanctions lists and politically exposed persons (PEPs)

  Note: If the structure involves multi-layered shareholding, offshore entities, or high-risk jurisdictions, the fee will be quoted separately based on complexity.

Prepdy's Company Secretary Service is renewed annually. We will notify the client prior to the company's anniversary date to confirm renewal for the upcoming year. The annual fee covers the following components:

All Hong Kong companies are required to maintain a valid Business Registration (BR) issued by the Inland Revenue Department (IRD). The current annual fee prescribed by the IRD is HK$2,200.

To simplify the renewal process for our clients, Prepdy includes this fee in the Annual Company Secretary Services Debit Note. We will handle the renewal and settle the BR fee directly with the IRD on your behalf, ensuring continuous compliance without the need for separate arrangements.
